Hello to everyone who reads this,
This will be brief because it is the SECOND time I am typing this post! I deleted the first one somehow. I really need to get this computer thing down a little better.
We spent part of this past week in Siesta Key. Our good friends the Witseys (whose children you will see in the slide show) came down for a sleepover. We had a great time with them at the beach, watching movies, etc. The beach was great!! There were BIG waves, lots of shells, and very clear water. The water was very shallow for quite a distance which made our normal thigh high rule more bearable!
The kids and I took a break from the beach and went to Mote Marine aquarium and the Ringling Brothers museum. I was also able to squeeze in a short shopping trip at St Armands Circle. Much of those things are not photographed because I was experimenting with a new camera which has a rechargeable battery that died on day 1! So now I know about that and am considering reading the instruction manual this week. Lessons learned.....
Well, I am sure I will update again this week so stay tuned...I have some fun things planned and intend to take both cameras just in case...
